Elegantly furnished single house in a perfect position to reach Lake Garda in a few minutes, quiet and suitable for a small family or couple.
The house consists of two living areas, a small and delicious separate kitchen, a double bedroom and a small bedroom for one or two children maximum and finally a bathroom with shower. The property includes a large outdoor area with garden, small orchard, bbq area and parking lots.
We offer the property for rent from April to October, but not for short periods. The rent includes weekly cleaning, gardening services and utilities.

Elegant eingerichtete Einzelvilla in perfekter Lage, um in wenigen Minuten den Gardasee zu erreichen, ruhig und für eine kleine Familie oder ein Paar geeignet.
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnbereichen, einer kleinen und leckeren separaten Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer für maximal ein oder zwei Kinder und schließlich einem Badezimmer mit Dusche.
