Villa Al Parco Antico is a complex consisting of a 17th century tower, a 18th century manor house and rustic buildings, now renovated for residential use. The tower overlooked the only road in the area with access to Lake Garda, then called via gardesana di terra, a road that joined Bardolino with via gardesana dell'acqua. The function of the tower was to collect duties for the transit of goods.
The villa is surrounded by an English-style park, with numerous cedars centuries-old. The old ice house and the Colombara, a rare octagonal structure from the late 19th century on several floors, where animals were housed courtyard.
At the back of the villa, at the foot of the olive grove, stand the "three little houses", once rural buildings (barn, storage for goods, carriages and horses). The complex stands at the foot of a hill, "mons sachinus" (small mountain sacco) a romantic forest.
The "little house" that will host you is Casetta Centrale, a old rural building renovated in an elegant and modern way in the center of Albarè di Costermano sul Garda, a stone's throw from Bardolino. This structure has been designed to offer guests a relaxing stay inside a wonderful historical complex.
The central house is structured on two floors. On the ground floor, once inside you will find the kitchen on your right, equipped with all the necessary essential, after which immediately on the left there is the first service bathroom and in front of you you will have the living room, composed of a splendid dining table, two sofas, a TV and equipped with air conditioning. Exiting into the garden through what was once the entrance of the barn, you will find yourself in a lovely corner of tranquility equipped with barbecue, which can be used to make splendid grills in company.
Coming back into the house from the door that opens onto the garden and looking at your right, you will find the staircase that will take you to the first floor. Once you get up there you will find the bathroom equipped with all the sanitary fixtures, a relaxing comfort area equipped with a chaise longue that opens access to the first bedroom, composed by a double bedroom, very spacious walk-in closet and air conditioning. Leaving the room and turning to your left you will see the other two bedrooms. A double bedroom and another room consisting of two single beds, these also equipped with air conditioning.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (Soaps, Shampoos, etc.).
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after hours it is required a contribution of 30.00 Euro to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed on day before.
