Very comfortable cottage "Cascina", from the 19th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 15 km from the centre of Alba, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 100 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
