Incredible View

The view for this property is what sold it for us. It didn't disappoint. The property is compact but worked for two adults and two under 3s. It's very well equipped and is in easy reach of local great beaches. The AC was only in the kitchen, not the bedrooms which was a minor issue for the kids at night. Only really positive things to say about this property. Management and owners really friendly and helpful including a welcome bottle of wine. Did I mention the view??! It's absolutely unbelievable.

Ruhiger Urlaub an malerischem Ort

Unweit von Ajaccio in den grünen Hügeln haben wir in der Dépendance unseren Herbsturlaub verbracht. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse mit wunderschönen Ausblick im unseren Teil eines Hauses. Sehr freundlich. Wegen Windstille und Betriebslosigkeit konnte man nicht segeln. Viele Restaurants haben schon zu. Auto quasi unerlässlich, aber schöner Stand in Gehweite.

Très bien

Super logement, très bien équipé avec une vue splendide sur la baie d Ajaccio. Gestionnaire et propriétaire extrêmement gentils. Attention les draps ne sont pas compris dans la location, c est un supplément de 60€ et il y a également 60€ de frais de ménage en plus. Attention très sympa a l arrivée avec assiette de charcuterie, fromage et bouteille de vin. Très bonne expérience

Wir kommen gerne nochmal

Grosse Fenster und super Aussicht. Grosse, schöne Terrasse mit Schatten! Parkplatz direkt neben Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Viele sehr schöne Strände mit dem Auto in 8-12 Minuten erreichbar. Auch der lokale Stand ist schön. Fussweg zum lokalen Strand von 10 Minuten ist der Strasse entlang. Wir sind deshalb immer mit dem Auto zum Strand. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten hat nur ein sehr kleines Fenster und ist eher für kleinere Kinder geeignet.

Rundherum super!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser sehr gepflegten Wohnung in Traumlage verbracht. Eine der vielen Buchten ist sogar zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vögel singen, die Grillen zirpen, morgens Orangensaft aus frisch gepflückten Orangen, was uns vom sehr freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Vermieter angeboten wurde. Wir konnten uns abends nicht von dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf der Terrasse trennen und sind daher kaum ausgegangen, sondern haben ein spätes Mittagessen am Strand vorgezogen. Rundherum zu 100 % empfehlenswert.

Un magnifique logement pour un magnifique séjour

La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement splendide. Le logement à été rénové il y a peu; fonctionnel, propre et pratique, il a répondu à nos attentes. M. Muselli et le propriétaire (que nous avons eu la chance de croiser) sont très gentils/serviables et on ne peut plus corrects. On y retournera les yeux fermés !

Très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement. Appartement propre, correspondant a la description et aux photos, avec une vue magnifique ! Très bien situé également, à 10mn à pied de la très belle plage d'Argent. Très bon accueil du gardien et du propriétaire très agréables, qui n'ont pas hésité à répondre à nos demandes et nous conseiller pour visiter la Corse. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Un vrai bonheur

Gite neuf et moderne, tres propre et confortable avec une vue magnifique et changeante, tant depuis la terrrasse que depuis la piece principale et une des chambres ( baies vitrées toute largeur). Accueil tres sympathique et attentionné. Tres confortable (climatisation et chauffage), salle d'eau avec grande douche, grands placards, et tous accessoires comme chaises longues, parasols...Situation privilégiée dans un tres grand jardin en terrasses, proche d'une des plus belles plages du secteur. Petits commerces et restaurants à 10' en voiture. ...un vrai bonheur, somme toute!

Superbe vue sur la baie d Ajaccio.

Superbe vue et location très fonctionnelle. Accueil très très sympathique avec du fromage et de la charcuterie.Les ballades sont tres agréables et diversifiees : la mer, la forêt les tours génoises De porticcio,il y a une navette maritime pour aller à Ajaccio. Elle vous dépose au marché et vous evite de tourner en rond à Ajaccio pour trouver une place.Bonifacio et Porto sont à 2 bonnes heures. Je vous conseille la ballade chez Francis au bord d une mer limpide et de sable blanc.On se croirait aux Caraïbes .C est à une dizaine de kms vers Doria et les 2 derniers kms sont sur un chemin avec de nombreux trous. On peut y aller à pied en 3/4 d heure et manger à la paillote qui a connu son succès avec sa destruction par les gendarmes. Pour conclure, que du bonheur dans un site privilégié. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
