Excellent sejour, vue incroyable

Sejour extra dans une maison dont la vue à couper le souffle restera gravée dans nos mémoires. Une maison bien pensée et organisée. Un emplacement parfait. Un endroit idéal de vacances. Un immense merci a la conciergerie, tres efficace et qui s'est occupée de tout.

Un rêve dans la nature

Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d’Ajaccio

On vient pour la vue et la terrasse! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Maison spacieuse et confortable on peut même apprécier la vue depuis le canapé du séjour, cuisine bien équipée avec tous les ustensiles utiles. Wifi fonctionnel et télévision avec Netflix (bien appréciable quand on n’a pas beau temps). Les bémols: le coin nuit. Déjà il faut faire son lit à son arrivée. C’est un détails mais dans cette gamme de prix, nous avons trouvé cela limite et peu accueillant sachant qu’une Conciergerie s’occupe du lieu. Poignées de portes grinçantes qui réveillent les autres occupants lors des réveils nocturnes. Literies peu confortables sommiers durs et pas de couette qui seraient les bienvenues pour l’arrière saison car les petites couvertures à disposition ne suffisent pas. La terrasse: bien que superbe et spacieuse aucun endroit n’existe pour se protéger en cas de petite pluie (une couverture en Plexiglas par exemple fondue dans le chaume au dessus de la table à manger serait parfait). Attention pour ceux qui souhaiteraient profiter d’une petite flambée contre l’humidité le Poêle à bois n’est pas fonctionnel. Je rejoins les commentaires accès à la maison très raide attention à vos embrayages!

fantastisch!

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes, helles Haus mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Besonders gut gefiel uns der kleine Spiegel in der Außendusche, in dem man auch beim Duschen das Meer sehen kann. :-) Schön war es auch, nachts auf der Terrasse die Sterne zu beobachten. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank, Antoine! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in Top-Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus mit 6 Personen und Hund sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche, und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sowohl von der sehr großzügigen Terrasse als auch aus dem Wohnzimmer kann man von sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln den traumhaften Ausblick genießen. Toll ist auch die Außendusche. Absolut ruhige Lage, fast alleine in der Macchia und doch ist man sehr schnell an vielen schönen Stränden. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!!!

Une vue dont on se lasse pas !

Semaine parfaite ! Maison très agréable avec sa spacieuse terrasse et sa vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio et les iles sanguinaires. Maison très bien équipée (côté cuisine par exemple, un peu d'épicerie...). Coti répond aussi à nos attentes d'authenticité, de calme(1ère semaine de juillet, à voir sur la grosse période de l'été) et de nature préservée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la douche extérieure. La route qui mène à la propriété est un peu raide, mais on s'y fait bien. La plage est à 4 minutes de voiture, le stationnement à la plage de Portigliolo a toujours été très facile à la période à laquelle nous avons séjourné. Un jaccuzi pour se rafraichir me semblerait un plus.

Endroit exceptionnel

L’endroit est parfait pour les vacances. La terrasse offre une vue extraordinaire à 180 degrés sur la baie d’Ajaccio. Quel plaisir ! La maison est parfaitement équipée. Tout y est. On souhaite revenir dès que possible. Angela nous a très bien accueillis et bien conseillés.

Endroit idéal pour se déconnecter du quotidien, un calme règne dans ce hameau et aux alentours, une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse et de l'intérieur, accès à la plage à moins de 5mn commerces locaux à 10mn, de quoi passer un séjour fort agréable.. parfait !

Gut ausgestattetes Haus an toller Lage

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus an wunderschöner Lage über der Bucht. Der Strand direkt unterhalb ist zur Herbstzeit sehr ruhig und angenehm. In der Nacht schaut auch mal eine Wildsau vorbei. Sehr kurvige Strassen in der Umgebung. Fahrzeiten sind viel länger als in den üblichen Routenplanern angegeben.

Very nice, well-equipped house in a fantastic location.

The house with a very large, beautiful terrace offers a wonderful view over the bay of Ajaccio. We really enjoyed the time to sit on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the sunsets. The nice contact to the landlord, Mr. Barraud, was very good. He was always helpful and has responded very quickly to mails.

So müssen Ferien sein!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus in Toplage und ein Traumblick - was will man mehr? Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer und die umliegenden Buchten ist grossartig und durch die teilweise Überdachung und Sonnenschirme hält man es dort auch bei grosser Hitze gut aus. Sollte man doch mal etwas anderes sehen wollen sind einige schöne Strände nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Top Haus!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche zu fünft im sehr sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, die Betten sind bequem. Der Wohnraum mit angeschlossener Küche ist großzügig, ebenso die Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick! Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, in der man sich mit mehreren Personen entspannt und gerne aufhält. Nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Unsere Familie ist sich einig: wir kommen wieder!

La Corse en mode VIP!

Voilà une location qui vous donne le sentiment de passer des vacances VIP. La vue est magnifique : on domine tout le golfe d'Ajaccio, le matin au petit dej ou le soir à l'apéro, on se dit qu'on n'est pas malheureux devant un tel panorama. Pour en profiter, la terrasse est immense et très bien équipée. La maison est spacieuse (nous n'étions que 2), la déco moderne et de bon goût, l'équipement irréprochable. Tout est récent et en parfait état. La maison vous offre une tranquillité totale en retrait de toute route fréquentée. La mer qui vous fait de l'oeil est à 2' en voiture, donc très accessible. Nous avons passé un super séjour et la maison n'y était pas pour rien!

Excellent séjour en Corse

Villa spacieuse et confortable où rien ne manque, avec avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur la baie d'Ajaccio depuis la terrasse pour apprécier les couleurs de la méditerranée et ses couchers de soleil. Idéalement placée pour visiter une grande partie de la Corse. Nous avons réellement apprécié cet endroit au calme dans le maquis et recommandons à tous ceux qui comme nous veulent découvrir la Corse pour la première fois cette location. Caroline et François
