Step into the living room with plush seating, a floor-to-ceiling library, and space for conversation or movie nights. The open dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home. An extra-large wood table invites family-style meals, while the well-equipped kitchen—with ample counter space—encourages culinary collaboration. Enjoy coffee from the grinder or a bottle of wine from the corkscrew station.

The sunroom offers stunning views of Mingus Mountain. Play cards or board games, tackle a puzzle, or watch a show on the wall-mounted TV.

The master suite features a king-size bed, French doors to the backyard, and a soaking tub. Two additional queen bedrooms provide cozy mattresses and quiet reading corners.

The converted garage serves as a rec center with a ping pong table, dart board, and padded flooring for stretching or workouts.

The backyard is ideal for dining al fresco, grilling on the eight-foot BBQ, or enjoying the Arizona sky under twinkling lights. With over an acre of land, you’ll enjoy privacy and space to roam.

Parking is limited. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles without prior approval.

No parties or extra guests without prior approval. Quiet Hours are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please honor the peace of the neighborhood and neighbors.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive local host contact information. Your local host manages the reservation, provides in-stay support, secure entry, and coordinates pre- and post-stay housekeeping. If you need anything during your stay, the local host is available 24/7. Guestworks is a service of Vacasa that allows homeowners to efficiently manage their properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
