The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Smart TV. The patio has a Weber gas grill and a gas fire table where you can relax and enjoy a view of Mingus Mountain and historic Jerome. If you enjoy outdoor dining the outside table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and the indoor dining table comfortably seats 6. The main bedroom has a King bed, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds. Extra linens and towels are provided. The home is centrally located to Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. Many local attractions are very nearby. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.
