The room was found to be in a clean condition. However, concerns arose regarding the professionalism of the night staff. There was uncertainty as to whether the individual was an employee of the establishment or an unauthorized person present at the front desk since dress code seemed lije someone living in the streets . Upon inquiring about parking availability in front of the building due to a late arrival, the individual responded in a disrespectful manner, questioning whether the room was booked individually or with a partner. This interaction created a sense of insecurity. I responded where is this question coming from? Am i allowed to park here yes or no?

We got locked out of our room for starters. Then the bed had hairs in the sheets. Like they were not changed. Lastly the bathroom had mold in the corners and the containers of what I can assume to be shampoo and conditioner 1 was off and in the shower as if somenone used the last of it and left it in the tub and the other empty on the wall. The front was kind enough to give us a master key to use for the night. It was an interesting night.

Several roaches present. Not able to sleep due to contant, loud upstairs noise and partying throughout the night. Police called for numerous unauthorized guests. Requested a refund from Expedia the morning after checkin.
