My room was dirty. We walked into the roon and bed pillows were on the floor with no pillow cases. No towels in the room. The hotel is dirty. The pancake machine was not working. The juice machine was out of juice. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. The morning front desk person on Friday and Saturday were very nice and tried to accommodate us but the manager gave push back. The overnight desk person was no where to be found and when we finally were able to talk to him we was so rude.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Payed for the upgraded room and I got a room with no hot water, no light bulbs on lamps, no trash bin, no blankets, pull out bed had no linens and when I asked for them their was no pillows.What hotel has no pillows with vacancy and no blankets. And to top it off the lady that does breakfast called in so as a big hotel they can’t train and have an extra to run breakfast this is on a Saturday holiday weekend. I think this is a lower class Holiday Inn not your regular please stay away from this property not worth paying the money. I asked the front desk for manager info or owner and her name she told me google it that she was only here on the weekends.

I would give it another chance

The room was fine. I’m not a fan of staying by the housekeeping storage. The only complaint I have was I felt rushed to leave due to housekeeping. Checkout was scheduled for 11am and they were knocking on my door at 8. The lobby was nice and breakfast was average for a continental breakfast. Overall the stay was good. I would stay here again, but make sure my room is down the hall.

The AC unit was making a lot of noise. I called the front desk and was told that I should turn it off so the sound dissappeared. When I asked if my room temperature was going to be ok with that, they said it should be fine. At 2:30 am I woke up soaking wet at a room temperature of 78•F. Called the front desk again then they offered if I wanted to change rooms! At that time I just wanted to sleep and not wake up my child to change rooms! I guess I was too tired after driving for hours that I guess I should have requested for another room the first time I called - Lesson learned!
