On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm); 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together; 1 bedroom with two single trundle beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together and one single bed (90 x 200 cm); 1 bathroom and a shower room with WC. A piano is available on the landing.
Access via 3 steps leads to the dungeon area, which offers a second living space (2 sofa beds 100 x 200 cm).
Access to the second floor is via a spiral staircase leading to a bedroom with a four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double bed (140 x 190 cm). The spiral staircase leads to the third floor and accesses the lookout room, under the eaves with 360° views – this room is unheated.
Internet/fiber optic connection with a router.
For babies: 2 beds, 1 bathtub, 1 high chair.
Outdoors: Nordic bath (available from May 1st, 2026), usable year-round, barbecue, garden furniture.
Video surveillance is in place exclusively in the outdoor areas for property security purposes. Luggage storage and other services are available upon request. This is a non-smoking property.
