Located on the first floor with a private balcony, underground parking, and a private ski locker. The spacious studio features a kitchenette, dining table, separate bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
The building is in a quiet and beautiful area, offering privacy and stunning views, just five minutes from the center of Courchevel 1650. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access: a 100-meter glide brings you to the Belvédère slope, then a 400-meter blue run leads down to the main gondola, giving you access to all the 1650 slopes linked to Courchevel 1850, Méribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires. The studio and the neighboring two-bedroom apartment are both on the first floor, each with a balcony, ski locker, and underground parking. They can be rented separately or together—the studio is ideal for a couple, the apartment perfect for a family. Together, they accommodate up to eight guests. The studio also has an extra mattress for a third bed (suitable for a child).
Three types of ski passes are available: Courchevel 1650, Courchevel, and Les Trois Vallées. Advanced skiers can choose the Trois Vallées pass, which includes a day in Val d’Isère/Tignes (1.5 hours by car). Courchevel 1850 is accessible on skis via Chanrossa, Pra-Meruel, or by free shuttle. For walkers, the trail to Lac de la Rosière starts right outside the apartment.
Important: Cleaning is not included in the rental; please leave the apartment spotless for future guests. Wash used linens in the studio’s machine. Thank you for your cooperation.
