The hotel is amazing, I had a wonderful experience at Grand hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable, and the room design is very nice as well. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff and a 5 star breakfast. My wife and I had a 2 night stay for a ski weekend - the shuttle car to the slopes was efficient and quick. The spa was most welcome after a hard day on the slopes!

Absolute Must Stay!

Wow! What a great place. The service was top notch, the rooms were very clean and nice. The spa was lovely. We would most definitely come back! They even provided us with breakfast boxes (which were extravagant) since we had to leave before bfast was served. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend.

The property was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was confusion about the “complimentary spa services”. We though that included treatments, but it was only complimentary for access to the spa. At least the massages were good even if they were not included.

The staff was great and they were very courteous and professional. Always in a great mood. Going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and help us with all our needs such as dinner reservations, transportation to the ski lift, etc. Their van dropped us off and picked us up anywhere in town we wanted. Making moving around super easy in this town with almost no parking availability if you have your car and very little public transportation. I would not only recommend this hotel but I will for sure book with them in the future.
