Here you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen 🍳, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy after a day on the slopes, a comfortable dining area, and a cozy sofa bed 🛋️ that wraps winter evenings in warmth and tranquillity.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Access ONLY by cable car — Not accessible by car

The property is reachable exclusively via cable car, and the cost of the cable car is the responsibility of the guests.

Please note that the cable car is NOT operating between 24:00 and 08:45, therefore it is not possible to go up or down during this time range.

Round trip: €27 per adult

Reductions: children under 16 and under 8, and senior adults

After 17:00: special rate of €12.50 (evening/night ride)

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• Please respect the recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be left free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
