Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 December - 30 April, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 November, EUR 0.25 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 150 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be collected before check-in.
