Petit appartement rez de chaussée

L'appartement est un peu vieillot, dans lensemble correct, la douche est très étroite, en quart de cercle , difficile de s'y plier. Il y a un espace extérieur, terrasse et petite pelouse mais inutilisable tellement salle et non entretenu, ne donne pas envie d'y aller.

Nous sommes moyennement satisfaits de notre séjourl'appartement était top, mais nous déplorons l'inconfort de la literie et du salon ainsi que le coin à manger sur chaises hautes (pas confortable pour des personnes de notre âge) Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de la conciergerie des Terres de Nacre qui nous a assisté à plusieurs reprises.

Gîte bien situé, agréable avec son petit extérieur. Cuisine très bien équipée. Prévoir de changer literie et canapé qui sont un peu "effondrés".

Déçu

Très déçu de la propreté. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée. Traces d'urine et fond des wc sale, support papier rouillé. Pas d'eau en arrivant car elle avait été coupée. Canapé pas confortable, on s'enfonce quand on s'assoie. Séchoir à linge cassé. Poussière sur les meubles. Sols pas nettoyés. Pas pu utiliser la terrasse car pas nettoyée, verte et pleine de mousse, paire de chaussures qui trainait sur la terrasse, tapis d'intérieur qui trainaient sur la terrasse en boule. Le mobilier de jardin pas nettoyé pas pu utiliser non plus. Dommage car le logement est bien placé avec une petite cours sympa et une place de parking. Résidence calme.

Photo du jardin trompeuse : bcp plus petit et en plus non entretenu et inutilisable. Economies sur le dos des locataires : plafonniers décoratifs dans le séjour et l'entrée sur 7 ampoules 3 fonctionnent !! 60 euros de ménage imposés pour trouver bâtonnet de glace et miettes diverses en ouvrant le canapé !!!! Dommage car la situation est idéale pour la plage.

Joli petit appartement

Appartement entièrement rénové avec goût et très bien équipé. Situé dans une petite résidence calme ( sejour hors vacances scolaires )mais le bâtimentreste sonore de par son bâti. Possibilité de se rendre à la plage à pieds , idem pour aller en centre ville très vivant 7min env.par des petites sentes.tres appréciable.

Nettes Apartment..

Freundlicher unkomplizierter Empfang. Das Appartement liegt an einer guten Ausgangslage. Leider ist die Wohnanlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.. das Bett ist etwas klein und leider sehr unbequem. Und die Dusche ist wirklich sehr klein. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der allgemeine Zustand des Appartement ist gut, relativ neu renoviert und eingerichtet.
