Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A beautiful, bright living room with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
- Separate WC

On the 1st floor, accessed by a wooden staircase :
- Bedroom: two single beds, desk area.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Outside:
- A small balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, to enjoy a good meal al fresco!
