It’s okay. The price accurately reflects the room. There are way too many light switches that all provide different degree of poor lighting. The outside light which is very bright and pours into the room all night. The grounds are really beautiful and it’s super central to amenities and the beach.

Overall it was a very good experience. The restaurant staff and food was excellent, the only wish is to have breakfast options a bit later… my husband had a 6:48 AM tee time and by the time he was back after returning his rental clubs etc. it was 11:15 so we could not get breakfast.

Unit 307 has a very very loud air conditioner but without it on the room was unbearably hot. Other than that minor inconvenience the room was huge, clean and well stocked and the staff were friendly!
