Love Crown Isle. Our room was very spacious with a full kitchen and very comfortable sitting area. The double fireplace was very cozy and warm. Loved everything about the suite.

Staff were very friendly and made the check in process very quick. We left our car there while travelling to Mexico and they arranged a shuttle to the airport and picked us up on our return. Highly recommended.

Lovely festive decorations inside the lobby and restaurant and around the property. Liked the L’Occitane toiletries. Travelled with friends and neither fireplace in either room was functioning. Staff told us to flip up the “ON”switch (which was gone and replaced by a blank plate). When asked a second time about the non functioning fireplace they said “it is an accessory, there are other sources of heat”. Well don’t have a photo of a bedroom/living room fireplace if they are non functioning. Ours clearly had not been functioning for awhile. Rooms are very clean but dated.

I stayed in the king bedroom with the jacuzzi. The bed was horrendously uncomfortable. We both woke up in pain. The motion transfer on the bed too was awful. The room was very nice, we enjoyed the room otherwise

Great Stay!

Great location, beautiful property, clean and spacious room. A little dated, but overall a very positive experience. I would recommend and I would stay here again. We got lucky being here just after Christmas - the decorations outside around the property and inside the lobby looked great!
