perfect for enjoying the mountains

visited with my girlfriend and Lynne went out of her way to accommodate us. it’s just a simple cabin, not a hotel room, but the listing was completely clear about all the details. it was exactly what we were looking for. the cabin was comfortable and the view is worth the whole thing.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway!

This hits all the check marks of our requirements for our 17th wedding anniversary. The solar-powered cottage on top of a hill is cute, warm and comfortable. We came prepared with sleeping bags and food to cook at their grill. The toilet/sink in their barn met our needs. The highlight of the place is the view both from the cottage and from hiking the lookout of the property. Their dogs, goats and cows are friendly. Lynn and Buddy gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We will be back and will recommend to our friends.

breath taking views but not quite what I expected

the host is very warm and friendly. the site the tine house is located on is BEAUTIFUL. my only concerns were the listing states 1B/1B when in fact the "bathroom" is located some walking distance and does not have a shower; it is located on the backside of a barn. also the tiny house is operated on solar power, so you are unable to plug in the refrigerator listed under amenities on the post for more than a couple hours; had to keep my stuff in a cooler. also do not recommend going in the colder months. the bed is right by a window which you feel the cold air all night. the generator provided with gas only ran for a few hours and was off by 2am. i waited until 10pm to turn it on.
