Not really all that close to the Cininnati-Northern Kentucky Airport, but close enough. Lots of dining options and a grocery store (Kroger) nearby. The included breakfast was okay and had the usual fare - waffle maker, oatmeal, cerals, those pre-cooked omelets, breads, etc. - but no meat such as bacon or sausage.

Simple, straightforward hotel experience. Clean, friendly, easy access to amenities. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We stayed here after a concert at Riverbend Music Center bc it was an easy drive after a fun concert. (Breakfast was the usual level of busy but decent options for being complimentary)

Would likely staying again, on the top floor

First off the hotel is very nice. Staff was great. Room was clean and ready when promised. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The room was very spacious. We felt very safe. I liked that the key was required to get off on the floor but I could see where this would be inconvenient if traveling with a group on separate floors. The bed was awful! We could feel every spring and the mattress was super thin. The walls and floors are also very thin. The room above us sounded like elephants were playing basketball! We dealt with it until 10:30. I then called and the staff was great. They did call the room and it improved, but we could still hear when they showered and got up and moved. We could also here the room next to us moving around.

They got it right!

My visit was extremely satisfying. I reserved two rooms for a fantasy football draft and NFL game. Our proximity to downtown Cincinnati was surprisingly convenient. The rooms were in immaculate condition! The staff was kind, informative, and helpful. My friends were impressed by the accommodations at such a reasonable price. We were satisfied with the breakfast setup and overall just had a great stay! Kudos to your staff and we hope to use your services very soon again, no matter where we travel.
