We had an early 5:30 am flight departing from the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 4:00 am, but it wasn't very busy so the front desk clerk took us over at 3:20 am.

Had to switch rooms 3x in less than 24 hours…. Unclean linen and towels, bugs, one of the rooms we were in wouldn’t even lock…. Definitely deserve a refund for my stay. I was better off in my car…. Respectfully….

The interior looks very outdated. There was a divet in the bathroom floor. The number entry system to the room took a couple tries to get working.

Our bathtub would not drain. When I called the guy said sorry I don’t have maintenance now. I had to be demanding for him to agree to change our room! The reason we had to stay was our hot water heater broke and we had to get showers in order to go to work and school. Then in the morning there wasn’t any breakfast available for us so I had to stop and get breakfast so my granddaughter would have nourishment for school. I picked this hotel because it offered a breakfast. The gentleman at the desk was nonchalant about the breakfast not being available. I wonder do they really offer breakfast at all. Although it was clean there was a hole in the bathroom wall.

I was not able to sleep. The room looked like a jail cell with badly worn furniture lined up against the walls, it was a very unsettling environment. The bathroom smelled unclean and was damaged.. the curtain rod was attached with random hardware, the towel rod was missing with broken brackets still attached to the wall, and the bathroom door had clearly been broken in and repaired with wall putty. The halls looked like a tenement building and reeked of garlic. The only source of food in the evening was a vending machine that gave other than what I selected. The staff here was very nice, but i would never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Room was very spacious. Was only there overnight to take my daughter to airport early next morning but would definitely consider this chain for future, longer travel
