The front entrance was closed to car traffic. My husband has a walker. I had to go around the ropes to get in get registered get a key, open another door to enter. Was not told of this remodeling.

No elevator

When we arrived the lady at the check in was so friendly and very sweet but we were informed then that there was no elevator on the property and no available rooms downstairs. Fortunately we can do the stairs but unfortunately we had a very heavy suitcase. The room had trash on the floor, something sticky on the night table and something stuck to the wall in the vanity area. The comforter had obvious stains and then I smelled baby vomit when I got into bed. Needless to say I questioned the cleanliness. The very sweet lady offered to move us but I was too tired to pack up and get redressed at this point. The breakfast was sadly lacking options but the biscuits tasted good

Such a bad hotel. When I reached the hotel, there was no one at the reception. After a few minutes, an old lady came holding towels which she gave to a tenant. She was very out of breath and apparently had to do all the work by herself. She took a while to give me keys to my room. There was a LONG walk to the room as it was located at the very edge. When I reached the room, the bedsheet and bed was covered with hair and stains, it was repulsive. I came back to the reception and asked for another room, which they didn't have. So I cancelled my booking.

A little disappointed but fine for an overnight st

Check in was nice. Clerk was friendly and made it quick and easy. Room could use an update. The rug needs to be cleaned. The room smelled stale. Breakfast was a disappointment. Coffee machine was broken and how do you have breakfast with no eggs? It was just an overnight stay and a place to sleep and shower on our travels. I would have been very displeased if I was staying longer.

The first room we were assigned has a horrible odor. The next room was somewhat better. The bathroom has mold in the top of the shower. I had to call for a new shower curtain because it stunk so bad. The hallways had an odor and the floor needed swept and mopped. The front desk was friendly. The hotel needs to be cleaned.

Old smoke!

Arrived after midnight. Warmly greeted by front desk clerk. Helpful and kind. Room was old Ashleigh Smokey. Signs posted everywhere of smoke free hotel with fines for smoking. Bedspread was stained. It was late and we were tired. Stayed the night but Will not stay again. Breakfast was mediocre.

When we pulled up to the hotel there were some sus people hanging out in front and a couple shot-out people walking around inside, I didn’t feel safe. When we walked in it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The front desk gal was very nice. As we walked down the hallway to our room we could smell- just funk. The walls were dirty, the room doors were all scuffed and scratched. Walking into the room the funk got worse, the bedspread was stained and the sheets smelled awful. We didn’t even spend the night, we checked out after a few hours. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I would really like our money back.
