Room was clean, staff was good, but there heart in room was not working, phone didn't work and a few outlets didn't work and the hotel is new. The location is okay.

Very clean nice hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only negative comment I would give is the I 20 interstate on the back side of the hotel is very loud. I urge you to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay if they refused to accommodate my request.

It was horrible too bad and i didn't know that just because you booked a room off of expedia you are not guaranteed a room. It was horrible i wouldn't wish this experience on anyone traveling.
