Very nice breakfast buffet which included healthy options such as fresh fruit salad, yogurt and granola, eggs from hens on the premises, oatmeal and other hot foods. Also had dinner at the Inn which was very good. Cottage room was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample free parking.

My fiancé and I stayed here so we could enjoy soaking in the Warm Springs, just across the road. The Inn is located in a beautiful section of Bath County, and we were able to enjoy all the fall colors and crisp air. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the employees were so nice and attended to every need we had. We ate our evening meal in their dining room, and our food was good, the portion size was excellent, and everything was served at the proper temperature. The breakfast the next morning was good and hearty, and the coffee was of good quality. Check out was a breeze. So, I suggest you take a soak in the Warm Springs, then check in at the Warm Springs Inn and relax and chill out. You won't regret it.

10/10 just like the last visit! If you’re lucky enough to get a room here please do yourself a favor, stop hesitating and reading reviews and book it! You will not regret it - I found this absolute GEM of a place for an overnight work trip! The people working here are the most attentive, polite and genuine people I’ve met in a very long time. Only word of caution is the restaurant onsite is closed Monday and Tuesday and there isn’t much in the way of dining options in the immediate vicinity, doesn’t get much better the further you go. The scenery and ambiance of this establishment are so amazing. I’ll be back for my third stay this coming Monday night.

Cute place, very clean, excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. You should know the restaurant and bar is closed Monday and Tuesday aside from breakfast. Dinner options in the area are limited except for 5 mi south in nearby Hot Springs town and Omni Homestead Hotel restaurant which was fabulous. The inn is located across the street from famous historic bath houses. Very cool place. Extra points for heated bathroom floors.We would stay there again for sure!

This property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL while still at a great and affordable price!! Old charm with tasteful modern updates, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous views!! I’m so glad we stumbled across this place for our 21st anniversary getaway!!

This was a last minute stay due just one evening to break up our drive from NC beach. Decided to take the waters at Jefferson Baths, and this inn right across the street. Unfortunately, the much-lauded restaurant is closed Mon& Tues. But had an amazing buffet breakfast the next day with hot and cold dishes from scratch! Only ding is that our room smelled a bit musty when entering. Not horrible but could probably use some neutral deodorizer. The bed was the best we've every slept in!! And we've traveled extensively. Comfortable mattress, crisp & full pillows.

Friendly staff! When staff was on duty the service was excellent, they made you feel welcome! The downside is when there are no staff available during their off season. You have to plan accordingly before 5pm. I would recommend if going there during the week to definitely ask plenty of questions for when staff isn't around. Alot of local restaurants do not open on Monday and Tuesdays. Food may be limited after 5pm. It would have been nice to have had a heads up on that! Overall a terrific experience.
