Have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years due to close proximity to family. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathtub always drains slow which is a pain and this recent stay we were knocked off the internet about every 4-5 minutes. Staff is friendly enough. We will probably continue to stay at this particular hotel because of convenience and rates are typically reasonable.

When I was checking in I was made to feel unwelcome because I have a service animal. The guy was trying to charge me extra fees and then tried to tell me I couldn't stay if I didn't pay those fees, my dog is clearly wearing a service animal vest not a support animal but an actual service animal .I was told I can't use certain facilities with my animal but she couldn't be without me he said she had to go everywhere with me. I then proceeded to my room where I couldn't figure out how to use the shower after 3 calls to the front desk I gave up. After all of this I used the hot tub in my room I put water in it and started using the jets and there was a brown film all around the tub as if it hadn't been cleaned properly so I emptied it and cleaned it out so I could at least use it. The bed and the rest of the room were ok the couch and one chair had a questionable stain on it but I just didn't use those things. A night for some peace and quiet turned into an emotional overwhelming experience.

We would stay here again. Very close to great restaurants, our first time at Ford's Garage. Convenient location for visiting the Ark and the Creation Museum. Hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast was hot with many choices. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, and they even had 2 waffle irons. My only complaint is that the pool room was cold. The water temperature was ok, but the air temperature was cold, making swimming not so pleasant.

The room was very clean, the staff was great, the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing that was a downfall was, you could hear everything, no noise cancelation, especially from the hallway.
