Beautiful, comfy, and bright studio in a basement of a family house. Private indoor and outdoor space and your own entrance. Large windows, outdoor and indoor wood fireplace, heated floors. Location is very quiet, in a family neighbour with a big parc, and the studio is located in a dead end street, next to a big field and a golf. You will have everything you need, even fresh ground coffee!

Location is in the heart of Brome-Mississquoi. Close to lots of wineries and breweries, spas, hikes, Granby zoo and ski slopes (25 minutes from Sutton and Bromont)
