The Space

The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is designed for kids or friends with four single beds, including a bunk bed. A second bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities is complemented by a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience.

The open-plan living area boasts high ceilings, creating a bright and airy space. It includes a dining table for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunken lounge with a TV, comfortable couch, air-conditioning and a wood fireplace to keep you warm during winter.

Upstairs, a second living area overlooks the main space and features a TV, two couches, and beanbags. One of the couches converts into a sofa bed, accommodating two extra guests.

Outside, a large undercover front deck provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind. With a BBQ and an outdoor dining table for up to 10, it’s ideal for entertaining or enjoying peaceful countryside meals. Set in a paddock on a working venison farm, the property offers a unique rural experience. However, families should be mindful of the farm environment, especially with children.

Working Farm / Safety: Please note that this is a farm property. There are farm animals and other wildlife on the property. There are soaks and dams, one which is 50 meters from the dwelling, they are not fenced as a residential swimming pool would be and guests booking this property need to consider the risks that apply to their family. If children are joining you, your little ones will need to be supervised at all times. Please take care.
