Looking for a seaside getaway?
This cosy studio apartment is ideal for a weekend getaway and is located over the road from Cowes Beach, a short stroll to Erehwon Park playground, easy walking distance to the main shopping street and an abundance of local cafes and restaurants.
The studio unit is situated on the second floor with lift access, in the Waves complex, the balcony overlooks the car park. Inside the entry is a small kitchenette, there is a dining table, a fridge, microwave and cook top, and some kitchen equipment.
There are no separate bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the lounge room and two single beds in the dining/kitchenette area. The studio suits a family of 2 adults & 2 children looking for a holiday near the beach. The lounge/queen bed area has a flat screen TV, study desk, split system heater/air conditioner, balcony with a table and two chairs. The very spacious central bathroom has a large corner spa, toilet and separate shower & hair dryer is provided.
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.
There is off street parking for one car - NO PETS ALLOWED
GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
