Positives: Great location - walk across the road to the beach and less than 200m walk to main st cafes, restaurants and shops. Secure underground car parking. Well appointed apartment with all amenities and full kitchen (incl dishwasher) and laundry facilities. Negatives: Design of the building results in A LOT of noise from other guests accessing their apartments being transmitted into bedrooms at night. Expect to get woken up a lot at night by other guests. Apartment cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dusty surfaces, dirty windows and frames (inside & out). Rubbish & food scraps between couch seats etc etc.... If the owners are paying for professional cleaning between bookings then they are getting ripped off big time!!
