A modern family home is located in a quiet street situated close to Seagrove Wetlands nature walk, Anderson Rd boat ramp and the beach - a short walk!
A short drive to the shops and restaurants, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is beautifully furnished.
Downstairs you are greeted with open-plan living and a large decking area boasting an outdoor 65in TV, entertainment area., large garden featuring a fire-pit with multiple seating areas. There is a large outdoor entertaining area and a basketball hoop at the end of the driveway.
The main bedroom also located downstairs with a two-way bathroom.
Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms a main bathroom and separate toilet. The property is fully fenced, there is a split system downstairs and ceiling fans throughout, including in all bedrooms. Inside boasts a two large TVs and surround sound. Free wifi.
Carport and plenty of on site parking. NOT PET FRIENDLY

Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
