"Sunshine Retreat Villa 2" is a lovely 1 bedroom Villa in Cowes only 120m from Thompson Avenue with all its shops, restaurants, cafe's etc. Some of the many features of this lovely Villa are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The bedroom has a built in robe and access to the bathroom (with spa bath/shower above & a toilet) . The central living room (with tv & gas fireplace) flows into the kitchen/dining area.

Outdoor Areas

There is a covered outdoor area just outside the Villa with seating for 2 and a plumbed-in gas bbq. Parking for 1 car is provided immediately outside the entrance to the Villa and some additional parking may be available in the visitor parking bays near the front of the block.

The Villa is situated on the same block as 7 other separate one-bedroom Villas and a larger home, previously known as "Cottages for Two". There are security cameras on the premises that face the main driveway, carport and back yard.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The Villa has a wall mounted reverse cycle (heating & cooling) air-conditioning unit in the living room, There is an electric blanket on the Queen bed. Please Note - the fireplace is not available for use.

Bedroom Configuration

This home has 1 bed, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 guests:

Bedroom: One Queen bed
Living Room: One Single Sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or child)

A porta-cot & high chair may be available. We require a minimum of 7 days to arrange this and it is subject to availability.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, * check in times * are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional * linen hire * over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
