About the home
"Views on Bayview" has two generous living areas and a great upstairs covered balcony. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The home is spread over three levels. The ground floor consists of a large living room (with Tv, Dvd & a set of single bunks) and a bathroom with a shower & toilet. The mezzanine level is up 5 steps and has all three bedrooms (each with built in robes) another bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate toilet and a laundry. Another 10 steps leads up to the first floor with the large open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with tv, coonara-style wood heater) providing access out to the first floor covered balcony (with seating for 6 and a gas bbq).
Outdoor Areas
There is room for 2 cars in the double carport and for another car/boat on the driveway in front of the carport. The fully fenced yard is perfect for kids.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with an Aldi Coffee Machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge (and a separate freezer in the laundry) electric oven and cook top. A high chair is also available for guest use.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are reverse cycle split system air-conditioners in each living room, ceiling fans in each bedroom and two in the upstairs living room plus a coonara-style wood heater in the upstairs living area. There is also a portable heater (stored in bedroom 3) that can be used in the common area passage way.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine) One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Mezzanine) Two Single beds
There is also One set of Single bunks in the ground floor living room, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
