We have been coming to this hotel off and on for 20 years, I think it is the best all inclusive deal on the island and the fact that downtown is walkable saves a lot on cab fare, the staff is superb, the quality of food has declined the past two years but it is still acceptable

We felt safe and enjoyed being able to walk places. We paid for an upgraded room with jacuzzi and was disappointed that there was no hot water to the tub so we couldn’t use it. The good was okay, breakfast was our favorite.

Stayed here many times;15 or 20 since the 1990`s (Fiesta Inn) Overall we like this property and may return. There is room for improvement. We have many of the same complaints as other folks. No water! Room lock-outs twice! Food was top notch. Staff good. Perhaps I'm a bit easy on them due to old time's sake?

The good was just okay. It wasn’t a priority for me though so I was ok with that. Affordable scooter rental was very welcome. The staff were very engaging and fun around the pool. The massage staff was also great.

Loved the buffet breakfast and lunch by the ocean. Loved the new set-up by the ocean with cabanas, seating, the bar. The cocktail menu has really improved. Mornings were quiet and tranquil. The pool area was very noisy in the afternoon, particularly daily pool volleyball. Lots of shouting. Couldn’t even have a nap in my room with the door closed, let alone sit by the pool. Some rooms lacked dressers and hangers. Not sure where you would unpack your clothes or put anything. The wifi needs improvement. We didn’t have any in our rooms, which was not great. It was spotty the rest of the time around the resort. I wanted to upload and edit my diving photos and that was challenging. Overall, it was a lovely time. We stayed here about 10 years ago and I would say that it has improved since then.

Stayed here many times for dive trips, like the pool area & staff is great. The food is much more improved & there is a lot of entertainment. The fire dancers were exceptional. There were a lot of dinners poolside a long entertainment. Usually don’t see any of it due to being underwater but this trip was nice break in between dives & the food was subpar in past but was really nice. Even breakfast, I am strict vegan due to severe dairy allergies & they accommodated nicely for once even with mostly buffet style eating. I would recommend some updating like paint, tile work but really nice & clean even if somewhat dated. I would recommend this place esp for diving convenience with the lockers, boat dock & direct path from hotel even under ground walk way

Overall, staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Good security, felt safe. Food was great, fresh and big selection. Hotel is quiet and clean, you can see staff always cleaning. Pool activities and shows. Snorkeling available for free. It does need a little cosmetic work and updating, not a five star hotel but the staff is 5 star. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and affordable place to stay with great service, this hotel is for you. Would stay there again.

I will start with the good. Staff is very nice and most spoke English so that is a plus for me. The pool is giant so if you have kids that is a plus. Food was ok and the view from the restaurant is spectacular. Now for the bad. The beds are extremely firm but I recognize some people like firm. The rooms have tile floor so very hard and cold on the feet. Curtains are not black out where most hotel rooms these days are. No wifi in the room unless you are close to the lobby wifi. Food taste was OK however not at proper temperature. I stayed at another resort a few months ago down the street and it was a lot better, the price here was significantly less so that's to be expected.
