Basic, clean, but loud

Basic place to sleep and shower. The outdoor area is pretty, pool was too cold for me but my daughter swam every day. We were put in the room right next to the office only a few steps from the street. I could hear everyone come and go and traffic noise, which kept me from sleeping well because there was activity and 3 and 4am. The person who checked us in said he would move us in a few days but it never happened. I think it would be enjoyable if you were in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Easy walk around centro.

Great hotel for walking downtown.

It is by far the best place to stay near downtown with a great garden plaza. Great people running it also. I will being staying there when ever I'm in Cozumel. Plus easy parking.

Boa acomodacao, otima localizacao.

Otima localizacao, central porem nao fica no barulho das ruas movimentadas. Tem estacionamento, restaurantes proximos, pessoal bastante atencioso, tem uma piscina e deveria melhorar apenas o espaco de refeicao comum, pois tem apenas um microondas mas nao tem pia nem utensilios. Pelo preco cobrado, deve melhorar neste aspecto. Gostamos muito, mesmo assim. Valeu a pena.

Es un hotel muy sencillo solo hospedaje, muy limpio, buena atención del personal, excelente aire acondicionado y a 3 cuadras del malecón y la plaza y zona comercial
