BEWARE OF MANAGER AND UTILITIES
We stayed at this property a couple of months ago and had issues with the manager on checkin. We were not able to access the property until multiple requests. It was late, we were tired and she could not give us good information as to how to get into the property. During that stay a man entered the unit without notice alarming my 12 year old daughter. Bianca was very apologetic. It is a beautiful property and was new so I figured she was getting used to customer service. We tried again in July. Bianca is the managers name. I whatsapped her and texted her i was coming again with family the day before our stay. I had broken my phone on the day of checkin so I texted her on another phone. I told her who I was and that I needed the code to get in. It was ten o clock at night before she answered me and gave me the code. IT IS THE SAME CODE AS TWO MONTHS AGO. SO MUCH FOR SECURITY. It goes downhill from here. We lost power on multiple occasions. One time was CFE issue changing from them to the current owners. The others we had to call over and over again to find out why? We reset the breakers inside the unit to no avail. NO hairdryers being used, no clothes driers nothing. I could not figure out what to do and as usual Bianca was not helpful. Someone came by and showed me the main breaker outside. Did I mention one of the nights no water? Eight people, three toilets... cold showers! BAD STAY!!! A credit promised and not given... DONT STAY HERE! They just want your money
