Hike, snowshoe, or sled right from your front door onto crown land trails, or enjoy the peace and tranquility inside the gated property. Explore endless outdoor adventures or simply relax surrounded by nature. Nearby lakes and forest trails await beyond the gates. This cabin features a full kitchen, living area, in suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate double beds. Sitting at the back of the cabin is a private fire pit seating area, backing onto 115 acres of private forest. Trails inside of this property allow for hiking, biking, snow shoeing, and cross county skiing. Sled/quad in and out access from the front door to endless crown land trails.
Access to cabin is directly off of highway 591 and is accessible by car. Guests have access to entire property excluding the hosts home.

Hosts live on the property in a neighbouring house.
We are currently Superhost /guest favorite 5* status on Airbnb also.

General Safety and Responsibility

This is a self-managed property. You are responsible for your own actions, supervision of your group, and safe use of the property.

The host is not responsible for injuries, loss, or accidents that occur due to use of the outdoor structures, natural features, animals, or terrain.

By booking, you agree to waive any claim against the host or property owner for injury, damage, or loss during your stay.

This is a rural property with open land, animals, and natural features. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks that come with staying in the country. These include:
• Exposure to wildlife (deer, moose, bears, etc.)
• Basic tools, firewood, fire pits, and recreational areas
• Uneven ground, changing weather, and rustic terrain

Please note: A $75 deep-clean fee may be charged through VRBO if the cabin is left heavily soiled. (e.g., excessive mud or spills). A vacuum and mop are provided to make tidying easy.

Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits and must be fully extinguished when unattended. Absolutely no fires are allowed during fire bans — please check current conditions or ask if unsure.
The indoor wood burning stove is open from Sept 15-May 15th. It will be locked for the summer months.

Due to insurance purposes, the number of guests booked, is the number of guests permitted to stay in property. Maximum 4 guests in cabin. Any additional, non reported guests, will be charged an additional $150 fee through VRBO. Day visitors permitted until 10pm. Any day visitors must be registered to host through VRBO.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this cabin.
