There is a 1 bedroom apartment at the top of the building. This apartment is rented separately and has its own separate entrance. There are external Cctv cameras placed on the property. 1 near the yellow skip bin facing the carport. 1 near the cottage facing the driveway. These cameras are for security purposes only and no filming or footage is recorded in any of the dwellings on the property.

This lodge offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
