The woman who checked us in was quite brusque. The room was very worn, the bathroom especially around the tub was dirty. The walls are dirty. The hall outside the room was dirty - litter and stains. The bed was very good and the sheets and pillows were clean and free of odors.

Old building, requires alot of updating. Limited parking due to crew taking up alot of parking spaces. No water offered uless you wanted to pay for it. pool area dirty, no hot tub. Contential breakfast.. just muffins limited spaces to sit and enjoy. Easier to stop somewhere else.

The property is average, there was lot of disturbance at night from the neighbor room but no one in the office was available at 11.30 pm to address the issue. Although, our check in time was 4 pm, the room wasn't ready to be moved in until 5.30 pm due to staff shortage. However, no complaints from the cleaner who did set the room but the person at reception told us that the property manager will reach out to us for poor service but it never happened.

Definitely value for money, so worth it! It’s the best motel or same category that I have stayed at. Great location. Highly recommended in Fernie for those budget conscious but looking for good quality accommodations.

Not going to stay there again

The room was stinking, didn't feel clean at all. The hot tub was not working. And I was not impressed with the breakfast.
