Stayed 1 night in a 1 Queen bed with mini fridge and microwave; bed was comfortable, pillows were decent not too bouncy. Heat/cooling was interesting to get right. Bathroom is tight and bathroom door’s track takes up most of the available space; just awkward to engineer it in the first place like that. Conveniently located near 2 convenient stores and 2 restaurants. You can definitely hear the traffic but the town generally quiets down after 9pm so not too bad but I would ask for odd number room next time to be on backside of hotel. Parking was convenient; I felt like I walked further to my room than my car so that was nice. All staff I met were friendly including those leaving for the day. I would stay here again when I’m in Cranbrook.

The hotel smelt really bad due to a connected Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Also they only have a pool that’s outside which is quite ridiculous. No hot tub even which is the first for me staying in a hotel. Staff was alright other then if you needed extra blankets they don’t bring it up to you. You have to come down and get things yourself from the front desk.

The breakfast was awesome. They had someone making fresh omelets. They bad lots of chooses to pick from. The rooms were super clean and sound proof. The staff was friendly. My only complaint would be The gym is only one stationary bike , one elliptical machine and one treadmill, that was broken and one weight machine and no cleaning spray.
