When I turned up the thermostat, I only got only cold air blowing. I call the front desk several times and no one picked up. When I finally walked down to the front desk, they told me no one had heat in the building. They could ether set the building temp to heat or air conditioning and it was set to air…. They gave me a small block heater to warm my room.

Staff was lovely. Location is good, and was quiet. Hotel has its issues, it’s an older building but well maintained and has definitely been renovated through the years. When I arrived there was something sticky all over the elevator floor and was there for HOURS so I opted to take the stairs instead. My a/c didn’t work on arrival and the room was hot, but it was fixed promptly by the lovely maintenance man and worked well throughout my stay afterwards. While fixing it he also ensured my TV was working which was nice, as there had been issues with their new service provider. I had called down to the front desk, and nobody answered so had to go down in person which was annoying but not detrimental of course, also some burnt out lightbulbs in lamps…. Overall would stay again.

We had a room on the first floor and we opened the drapes and the swimming pool was just outside of our patio. It was so quiet like our private pool. The breakfast was excellent especially you can order a freshly made omelet. Highly recommend, we have stayed there many times!
