Relax in this stylish space located in 'The Residences at Shadow Mountain' next to the premier Shadow Mountain golf course across from the St. Mary's River boasting world class Trout fishing.

Within city limits, minutes away from all amenities, far enough to enjoy peaceful surroundings of the great outdoors.

Located at the start of the 'Rails to Trails' bike/hike path with numerous lakes and several golf courses within a 20 minute drive allowing you to hike, bike, golf, swim, kayak, or fish.

This is a brand new build fully self contained secondary suite with separate entrance and parking for up to two vehicles. Suite has a full size kitchen with all appliances including Ice and filtered water in fridge and an air fryer for your convenience.

Great quiet location, technically within city limits but is a 4 minute drive to the edge of city and 17 minutes to Kimberly with the entrance to the residences being right on the Rails to trails bike bath connecting Cranbrook to Kimberly.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Casino of the Rockies. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a fireplace.

The hosts thought of everything! From the “did you forget something?” Basket to the fully stocked coffee station! Full sized appliances and spacious kitchen and living area…The shower is beautiful & having laundry access was a bonus for dirty forest walking socks
