Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please put used linens and towels in the basement wash room

Please place trash cans roadside outside of the trash building so that sanitary trucks can empty them with their mechanical arms. Trash pick up day is Monday.

IMPORTANT! Remove Trash cans, line them up alongside the road, lids facing the road so automated trash trucks can pick them up with their robot arms. Cannot be dumped if inside the trash building.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a no smoking home. Paved drive down to lakeside pavilion belongs to neighbor. Ask permission from me to use it.

Attach a copy of a State issued drivers license to accompany your payment. NO PROM PARTIES OR GATHERINGS CONSIDERED EVER!

No drinks on the pool table. Don’t get on neighbors boat dock or property. Bring your own firewood. What you see belongs to our neighbors.

Wonderful spacious lakeside property! Very clean, plenty of beds, wonderful common space to spend quality time together! Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and well-appointed with lots of good outdoor seating. Perfect for a big family get together!

This home was absolutely perfect for our large group! We had a large group staying together, and there was more than enough space for everyone. There were plenty of comfortable beds, lots of seating areas to relax, and great gathering spaces where everyone could spend time together. The dining areas easily accommodated our whole group, which made meals so enjoyable.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and the linens and bedding were fresh, comfortable, and high quality. The view of the lake was beautiful and made the entire stay feel peaceful and special.There was also so much to do for both adults and kids. The pool table, ping pong table, axe throwing, and foosball kept everyone entertained — especially on a rainy day.Parking was easy, access to the interstate was convenient, and everything about the property was thoughtfully prepared for guests. It truly felt like the hosts had thought of everything.We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely try to book this property again in the future. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and location. So nice to have space for large group. There were several of us who could not do the stairs to enjoy the dock area so was wonderful to be able to use the neighbor 's driveway to access the dock. Nice being so close to Trident Marina. Would definitely use this property again for family gatherings.

Spent the long 4th of July weekend here. Ricky was the best host. I had many questions leading up to check in and he was very responsive. The house is beautiful and well quipped! Location is great! The neighbor allowing us to use their drive way to get to the dock was a life saver and their fireworks show was lit! Highly recommend this house!
