Room 2 is a spacious, double‑aspect family room with views across the Estate. It features an en-suite shower room, one double bed, and up to two fold‑out beds, comfortably sleeping four. Our guest rooms are situated within the Estate’s Main House, offering character and easy access to all on‑site facilities. Guests can enjoy our bar and social club, a welcoming and friendly hub of estate life. It is the ideal place to relax with a drink, meet local residents, or enjoy darts, bar billiards, pool, and regular community events. The warm, sociable atmosphere adds something special to every visit.

The Springbok Estate spans 240 acres of picturesque countryside. Guests can explore open meadows, peaceful woodland trails through Sidney Wood, and scenic footpaths linking directly to the Wey & Arun Canal. Wildlife is plentiful throughout the grounds, making it a wonderful setting for quiet walks and outdoor relaxation. Our private fishing lake offers a tranquil space for both keen anglers and visitors simply seeking a calm waterside escape.

Nearby attractions include the South Downs National Park, Winkworth Arboretum, Cranleigh village, Guildford, Horsham, and the National Trust’s Petworth House and Park.
