In the district of Moubra, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 20 m from the lake, 1.4 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.2 km, bus stop "Sur Moubra" 10 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 2.1 km, grass beach 400 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 20 m.
