In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces), communal covered parking. Shop 750 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 650 m, bakery 1 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Vernaziet" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 2.9 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 700 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, cross country ski track 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grenon 1.7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
