VIEW! VIEW!VIEW! Miles and miles of nothing other than nature. Bird’s eye view of much of Putnam and Overton counties; without a house, car or road in sight.

Speaking of birds……they actually fly below you! You are up that high! (Elevation approximately 2,000 ft)

Wildlife, Peacefulness, tranquility with all the modern amenities!
Home is new (2020) and is constructed with a new building product…….CONCRETE Logs!

The space

Magnificent View!!!!

Open concept kitchen and living room area with windows galore to have that outdoor feeling while inside the home!

Wake to a gorgeous Mountain View from a luxurious split king adjustable bed in the master bedroom.
Second bedroom has view of the woods and road.

Guest access

The basement of the home as well as a cleaning/stocking closet will be unavailable to guests.
Other things to note
Property is very secluded and is NOT close to a town. The closest grocery and restaurants are in the town of Monterey. Please plan to shop before you arrive.

The pantry will be stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, corn oil, Pam, flour, sugar, chili powder, Italian seasoning, dried chopped onion, crushed red pepper and garlic powder, enough coffee for about 3 pots, coffee filters, powdered creamer.

A six pack of bottled water is in the fridge.

Laundry pods are provided.

The area is remote and has wildlife and insects. Supervise children and pets sufficiently to avoid any interaction with these.

Winter roads may be icy/snowy.

This place was wonderful! It is in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The roads to get here were safe, which is big for me. I can’t even describe how beautiful the views were! Anita is such a kind host and had clear instructions for everything.

We have stayed in several VRBO's, but this one tops them all. We love quiet and seclusion, but often you nearly ruin your vehicle to get to them. The drive here is scenic and the roads are paved. This home is comfortable, has everything you need, is just as portrayed and even better. We loved every minute of our stay.
