This charming hideaway offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion with plenty of ways to play. Spend your mornings lounging by the pool, your afternoons enjoying outdoor games under the shade, and your evenings unwinding in your cozy suite designed for rest and relaxation.

Whether you’re here for a quiet retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this unique space provides a one-of-a-kind experience just minutes from everything Waco has to offer. Located only 15 minutes from Baylor University and Magnolia at the Silos in downtown Waco, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy local attractions while returning to the calm of nature at the end of the day. If this room is available, then you are in luck because this room is part of a total property listing that includes ALL 20 rooms, and is usually rented out as the whole property for retreats and reunions.

No daily hotel service or breakfast options. Fire pit, patio furniture, pool, and outdoor games are all shared spaces. We do not have natural gas and do not keep the hot tub heated 24/7 to save energy and keep things green. If you would like to request a hot tub reservation, October through April, we can warm it up remotely for a fee of $50 per hour. This fee is optional and and covers the private hot tub reservation, extra power and prep, but is totally worth it for that perfect evening dip under the stars! Feel free to bring your own fire wood (no cedar) to light the fire pit at your convenience.

We loved the property. Had fun family time playing cornhole, connect 4, jenga and tetherball in the courtyard. Appreciated being a little outside of Waco for family weekend. Our room was perfect and the hosts were great with communication. Would gladly stay here again!

Relaxing getaway!

My 2 kids and I stayed only for one night for a quick getaway. We will definitely be back for a longer stay! It was quiet and relaxing and so much for the kids to do right there on the property!! We have a new favorite!

Great Stay

Beautiful property! We really enjoyed the resort layout. Lots of different activities which was great for the mix of guests during our stay. It seemed like there was something for everyone. Also, a great spot to see lots of nature! We swam with a frog (we helped it back out), lots of new bug species, vibrant birds and flowers, and even heard coyotes crying in the distance. We loved all of it. We hope to come back again and take advantage of the hiking around the property as well as a bonfire, but we ran out of time.
