Lakehouse property with private pool + bonus space sleeps 14

Never have a bad day at the lake again! Our home includes a private heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake so the fun doesn’t have to stop even if it’s raining. This listing includes our newly renovated bonus space that has a kitchenette, living room and theatre area, and a 2nd private sleeping area with a queen and twin trundle bed. This area is perfect for privacy when two families stay together. The main unit has 2 queen bedrooms, and a queen and twin sleeper sofa. There is also pass through bunk room between the two areas that has a twin over full bunk bed included with this rental. All together there are three floors of living area and enough sleeping space for 14 people so that the whole crew can spread out. The house is located close to the main boating and tubing area of the lake and just off one of the best swim zones on the lake. Fishing on the lake is great and we include a couple kayaks that guests can use. Pontoons are available for rent at the marina. Need something else to do in the area? Why not go hiking or zip lining on one of many scenic trails in the awesome Shawnee National Forest or visit the local wineries. Whether you’re looking for some rustic outdoor adventure or just want to hang out and relax, our property has it all. For smaller parties of up to 8 that don’t need as much room but still want to experience the fun of a lakehouse and private pool and hot tub please see our other listing which is just the main area of the home and sleeps up to 8 but does not include the bonus area or bunk room.

We enjoyed our stay with the ample space and especially the indoor pool for our large group of families. The brand new deck and access to dock was great. Host was very responsive with questions. Some repairs are needed on porch doors and windows to fully enjoy the lake breezes. It's a great location on the lake, with access to nearby towns and all Shawnee NF has to offer. A fun stay.

The house was perfect for a family get together. There was plenty of space to spend together or separate into groups. The pool was great. We had a minor hiccup the night of arrival with lighting in the pool area. The host come over personally and resolved it quickly. I’d book with them again!

Fall Break 2024

My husband and I along with our sons and their wives and 3 grandchildren had a great fall break and enjoyed using the indoor pool , hot tub, and even the kayaks! This was our second time staying here and we appreciated all the space, games, etc. that were available!
