This beautifully presented three bedroom home offers spacious open plan living, far reaching field views, and a private hot tub. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a serene and refined retreat amidst the stunning Devon countryside.

The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is filled with natural light, thanks to large bi-fold doors that open directly onto the patio and garden. Perfect for entertaining, the outdoor space includes a dining table, barbecue, and a selection of toys for children. Inside, the living room features three generous sofas comfortably seating six, arranged around a cosy log burner for relaxing evenings in.

Also located on the ground floor is the master bedroom, complete with a stylish en-suite bathroom featuring a shower cubicle, underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

On the first floor you'll find two beautifully appointed double bedrooms. Bedroom 2 includes a 5' king-size bed, while Bedroom 3 offers a versatile 6' super king zip-and-link bed that can be converted into two 3' singles, ideal for families or friends sharing. A modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the first floor.

Outside, there is a driveway with parking for up to three vehicles, along with a convenient EV charging point for electric cars.
