Please Note:
- The home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for most Colorado mountain homes.
- Access is via a paved city road and a 1.75-mile, well-maintained dirt and gravel mountain road leading to a private driveway.
- 4WD or AWD is required year-round.
- ATV/trailer parking is available for a trailer 12 feet or smaller.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
