Our cozy mountain cabin is nestled in pine and aspen trees on a grassy hillside overlooking stunning vistas of the Rio Grande Valley. The cedar-sided cabin is the idyllic mountain retreat, built with craftsmanship and attention to detail. The cabin sleeps four comfortably and efficiently, making use of small space. The living room is complete with two bedrooms, the master bedroom located on the main floor, and a second bedroom loft with two baths. Large picture windows to the west and south afford spectacular views of the surrounding valley. Relax outside enjoying the views of Bristol Mountain and wildlife, or warm up on cool Colorado mornings with a cup of coffee by the wood stove.

Boasting five acres of land and bordering the Rio Grande National Forest, this property is the perfect spot to adventure and relax in one of Colorado’s best-kept secrets. Fish the pristine waters of the Rio Grande River, ATV to the continental divide, or hike the many trails. Adventure awaits in Creede, Colorado.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a maximum of $250 per stay).

There is a trail camera 500 feet from the cabin to capture wildlife.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during 4th of July or Christmas/New Years holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
