Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of the town of Cremeno. Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with 1 bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina Valley, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and enjoy outdoor activities, local cuisine and breathtaking natural beauty.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a cozy double bedroom. The recently renovated bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments and a total of 17 beds. The owners live upstairs. We ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and to avoid noise during the night hours.
Access to the ground floor apartment is simple and uncomplicated. There are only a couple of steps to get to the apartment.
Cremeno is a charming and quiet mountain village in Valsassina, immersed in a mountain landscape that offers wonderful views of the Grigne group and green meadows that in summer turn into lively pastures. This village is ideal for those looking for a stay in contact with nature, offering numerous hiking trails suitable for all ages, mountain bike trails, and picnic areas surrounded by greenery. In winter, the proximity to the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts makes Cremeno a perfect base for winter sports lovers. With farmhouses and local restaurants offering typical products and a quiet atmosphere, Cremeno invites its guests to discover the authentic charm of Valsassina in every season
Although we don't offer private parking, finding a spot isn't generally a problem. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of places available within a 5-minute walk. Parking may be difficult only during very busy days or special events.
